Microsoft Inspire 2022: What can we expect?

The tech giant unveiled a new contact center platform utilizing Nuance technology, updates to Teams and Viva, as well as a new partner program for companies with a focus on space.

The Microsoft partner program is undergoing significant change at the time of the partner-focused event. As a result of growing customer demand for cloud and collaborative technology, Microsoft partners have had to make organizational and technical adaptations.

Microsoft introduced contentious partner program modifications this year, such as a 20% premium on monthly subscriptions to Microsoft 365 and other well-liked software suites and a partner capability score to identify who is a “solutions partner.”
